Art sits on the Board of Directors of both the Massachusetts Staffing Association and Portfolio Science Inc., and he is the Chairman of the Board at Career Collaborative, an organization that strives to end working class poverty.

Starting off during his study working with a “rent a driver” service, Dennis soon found out that the difference between a good or bad service, greatly depends on the people delivering that service. After having made his first steps in the world of staffing as a sales consultant, he concluded that this theory also applied here.
Ever since, he has been intrigued about what gets people motivated to go the extra mile and how he can improve the business by working more effective and efficient. Peter oversees Bullhorn’s international operations across EMEA and APAC in his role as International Managing Director. Peter joined Bullhorn in 2009 and was responsible for its highly successful UK launch. In addition to growing the international team to over 50 staff and establishing Bullhorn as the UK’s market leading recruitment software in fewer than three years, Peter has expanded Bullhorn’s reach into EMEA and APAC and achieved a user base of more than 10,000 international users. Prior to taking on the launch of Bullhorn in the UK, Peter spent 20 years working in the recruitment industry and held a number of senior director roles before moving into the technology space.

As President and CTO, Matt leads Bullhorn’s architectural, technical, and software design and development efforts. He also directs the product management team’s work defining product strategy, and global customer support and success. Since joining Bullhorn in 2004, Matt has held a variety of leadership positions managing the growth of various technical and services teams, including Vice President of Professional Services. Prior to Bullhorn, Matt worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in systems process assurance for such companies as Fidelity and State Street Global Advisors. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University’s School of Management.
Peter Searle has more than 28 years’ experience in recruitment, having held managing director and chief executive positions with the Delphi Group, Ajilon and Adecco UK and Ireland. In early 2016, he became the CEO of the newly formed Airswift — following the merger of Air Energi and Swift Worldwide Resources — which specialises in global workforce solutions for the energy, process and infrastructure industries. Peter is heavily involved in educational initiatives and was asked to appear on the UK government’s select committee for education in 2013. He has won multiple awards including a lifetime achievement award for his services to recruitment.

Yvette Cleland worked in the pharmaceutical industry for eight years at Janssen, part of J&J. In 1999 she moved to professional staffing and went on to build contract and permanent teams throughout the UK for many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. In 2012 she joined Clinical Professionals as Group Managing Director to drive growth, expand the brand portfolio and geographic foot print of the business. In 2015 under her leadership the business was acquired by CPL Resourcing. In 2017 she lead the expansion of the business into the US. Today Yvette is CEO for the Clinical Professionals Group, an award winning organisation that has also featured in the Telegraph and Daily Mail as an innovator in the staffing industry. Yvette is APBI qualified with a pharma MBA.
Group Manager of Policy and Engagement, ICO
Garreth Cameron is Group Manager, Policy and Engagement at the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). He is responsible for managing the Information Commissioner’s strategic relationships with the private and third sectors, and their regulators, in order to uphold information rights in the public interest and promote data privacy for individuals. Garreth joined the ICO in 2013 following a successful career in local government, and has a keen interest in the legal and policy challenges arising in the information society.
CEO, Spencer Ogden
Bradley graduated with a BSc Hons in Marine Biology and Oceanography from Southampton University, he initially joined Matchtech (now Gattaca) as a graduate recruitment consultant in 2005. Subsequently he joined Spencer Ogden in June 2012 and moved to Singapore to establish the company's first office in the APAC region. In 2015, he moved back to Spencer Ogden’s London HQ to lead the EMEA sales alongside APAC.
Promoted to CEO in 2017, Bradley is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. He works closely with Spencer Ogden's talented management team and staff to deliver the company's three–year growth plan and beyond. Spencer Ogden is a leading global energy, engineering and infrastructure recruiter, in 2016 it reached over £100m of revenue for the first time and employs close to 400 staff.

As Operations Director, Sam has responsibility for the development of APSCo’s presence and reputation within the UK. She ensures innovation, development and improved delivery of existing and new members’ services, resources, and engagement through the various delivery teams, and the continuing improvement and development of the operational running of the UK business.
Sam is an experienced paralegal with over 29 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, and previously ran APSCo’s legal and public affairs offering. Prior to joining APSCo in May 2013, Sam owned and ran a legal services company and held senior management positions within the recruitment sector.

As Executive Director Global Research, John Nurthen manages the team that delivers Staffing Industry Analysts' international research content. He has over 25 years' experience in the staffing industry, having previously worked in senior managerial roles for three of the world's largest staffing companies: Select Appointments, Vedior and Randstad. He played an active role in major equity offerings and mergers.
Nurthen was a founder of the International Review of Employment and DOVA, one of the largest global databases of online vacancies. He played a leading role in the development of common data standards with the creation of HR-XML SIDES.
He has held responsibility for internal and external communications, e-Business, technology matters, marketing, research, procurement and corporate social responsibility. Nurthen's experience makes him an authority on global recruitment and contingent workforce issues.

Working for aap3, Darren manages the Recruitment Operations and Marketing for the business and acts as the SME for the Bullhorn ATS system since its implementation in 2012.
Darren’s background is in Retail management but he made the move to Recruitment 6 years ago and, starting as a resourcer, worked his way up through the business, working in a number of areas and gaining experience in Managed Services and RPO and traditional contract and permanent recruitment from both the resource and Account Management side.
Now, Darren works with the business to advise on new tools, systems, and methods for recruitment, and helping to drive aap3’s recruitment strategy to stay ahead of changes in industry trends, with particular focus on the change in how recruitment relationships work, and how recruiters can make use of social media and new marketing to stay ahead of the competition and form true “partnerships” with clients and candidates.

As Vice President, Technical Product Management, Mitesh Ashar is responsible for product innovation at Bullhorn. Mitesh has diverse experience spanning 25 years in software development and recruiting. As Senior Director, Product Marketing, Jeff Neumann helps drive the design, strategy, and go-to-market execution of Bullhorn’s portfolio.
